| At the last meeting of Leigh Royal Ark Mariner Lodge No 1322 till November 2014 and Leigh Mark Lodge till September they were able to celebrate the double with candidates in both lodges. | |
| Fred Lomax was elevated into Leigh RAM and Shaun McGowan advanced into Leigh Mark with colleagues from both sharing the festive board afterwards. | |

| Dennis Houghton Worshipful Commander of Leigh RAM conducted the ceremony, ably assisted by Brian Bawden, Past Commander and the rest of the team and in Leigh Mark, Worshipful Master Ken Bowdler took the first part of the ceremony assisted in the second part by Barry Fisher. | |
| It was a very pleasant meeting, thoroughly enjoyed by both candidates. | |
